Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Onerouter website (onerouter.app) and the API relay service (collectively, the "Service") operated by Onerouter ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access the Service, you must register for an account and obtain an API key. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials and API key confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@onerouter.app.
3. API Key and Acceptable Use
Your API key is personal and non-transferable. You may not resell, sublicense, share, or otherwise make your API key available to any third party without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:
- Generating or distributing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
- Engaging in fraud, phishing, spamming, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service or any models accessed through it.
- Using automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage limits, unless expressly permitted.
- Interfering with the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
We reserve the right to monitor usage for compliance and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Payments and Billing
The Service is provided on a pay-as-you-go basis. You will be charged according to the published pricing for the models you access, based on your actual token usage. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and maintaining sufficient funds.
If your prepaid balance or payment method fails, we may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service. You will remain responsible for any outstanding charges.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in specific documented cases of Service unavailability caused by Onerouter. If you believe a refund is warranted, contact us within 7 days of the disputed charge. We will review the request on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
Onerouter retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its website, documentation, API, software, and any related materials. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely as intended during the term of your account.
You retain all ownership rights in the content you submit through the Service (prompts) and receive (completions). Onerouter does not log, store, or claim any ownership over such content, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
7. Content and Data Privacy
We do not log or store your prompt or completion content. Metadata (such as timestamps, IP addresses, and token usage) is collected solely for billing and security purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
8. Service Availability and Disclaimer
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onerouter and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Onerouter in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your account and API access will be disabled. Metadata retained for billing verification (up to 90 days) and payment records required by law will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you breach these Terms or engage in any activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Service or other users.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the location of Onerouter's principal place of business.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
